Publicity Tip : Before an interview- always do your research

Make sure you know who is interviewing you. This may sound very obvious but you’d be amazed by how many people call journalists by the wrong name or don’t even know their names at all.

If you’re being interviewed for a newspaper or online, know the name of the publication. Likewise for radio and tv. Familiarise yourself with the layout of the show and of course the name of the presenter. This will help you avoid any potentially embarrassing situations.
